               At Seyon Serene, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with our products.

               Full refund or exchange of a product bought on our website is possible if.

               The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport

Requirements for refund:

               In case of a defective product received: Only the product image is required.

               In case of Wrong product received: Both product & Tag images required;

               In case of Product is different from what is shown on the website/doesn’t look the same, only the product image required.

               In case of an Incomplete order received: Both the product & Tag image is required.

               In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

               Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift boxes are not applicable for returns.

               Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
